Reviews for XvT-IW 2

| | What an awful battle. Even if anyone corrects the bugs, it will still suck. Some missions are hard to the point of being ridiculous. If you're looking for entertainment, avoid this battle. If you just want the FCHG points, go ahead.

| | That battle is a waste of a possible good story line. The ship outfit is just laughable, the mission two is hillarious. If you dont need to fly that one - dont do it, you will regret it. Not recommended.

| | If I could give this battle a negative number I would gladly do it. This battle should never have been released, obviously it wasn't properly tested beforehand. Lets face it, Mission #1 was nearly impossible to complete, and Mission #2 is as far as I went because two Y-Wings on their own without the proper armament is just plain ridiculous. As a COM I'd shoot my Flight Officer for sending two of my pilots out to certain death against three well armed shuttles and a flock of T-Wings. Obviously this battle needs to be rebuilt completely.

| | Mmmmmmm, I love the smell of T-Wing in the morning... especially when trying to disable a Conveyor. Nice. :P Just a few tips for mission 2 on this one - get rid of the shuttles first or they'll have you for dinner. Then, disable conveyor number TWO, then conveyor number one, otherwise 2 crashes into 1 from behind (great planning guys, I mean really). Try not to inspect them till the last minute cause when you've done that you'll get T-Wings coming at you from all sides. Just a note - the capturing craft WON'T turn up till you've got rid of the T-Wings (says she who disabled them and sat waiting for five minutes doing nothing till she realised she had to blow them up. :P ). There's far too much waiting in this battle. I hate waiting, especially in XvT. Waiting bad!

| | I am seeing a pattern with these IW Battles. Clearly they dont put enought though when they choose Imperial AI, I watched as it took three minutes for the wing y-wing to take out a shuttle with 10% hull flying straight. Come on, really people, I could have killed it blindfolded, which really shows how improbable these mission are. Then the T wings come in and kills my wing in 2 seconds. Lets see now 2 more shuttles and 4 twings plu two transports to disable...

| | This battle clearly needs to be rethought and rebuilt from the start. The 1st mission is near impossible to complete. The 2nd Mission, youre in a Y-wing with 1 wingman (you die you lose the mission automatically) and you have to disable a transport while fending off T-Wings. The Third Mission, is reasonable as well as the Fourth. And that as far as I Went because I truely hate this battle. The goals are ridiculous in some missions, and 3 and 4 could have been squeezed into 1 mission instead of two.

| | As much as i hate IW misson's, this one was ok, though more choice of arming the craft, and more thought into each misson would've made it more fun. A gallant attempt chaps.

| | A challenging battle with limited equipment options. A refreshing change of pace from highly maneuverable T/I and T/A battles. BTW: Mission 1 is playable and solvable. Hint #1: If all freighters are disabled when the Y-wings come, the Y-wings will leave and the mission will fail. If no freighters are disabled when the Y-wings come AND you destroy all the Y-wings, the mission will fail. You must allow one freighter to be disabled. The next rebel craft arrives when a freighter is disabled. (I completed this mission with 83% rebels destroyed.)
