| | M1: ATR Vengeance 2 doesn't fly home (looking for craft to board). M2: the PLT gets disabled again after its captured'. M3: CUV Mentor attempts to dock with a hostile T/I. M4: while you launch from the VSD (your command ship) you can not enter its hangar, you must return to the STRKC Dark Blood

| | If you play the first mission on Hard, there's a group of Gunboats at the start of the mission that goes after the friendly Strike Cruiser and the rest of the convoy. If you destroy any of them, you get the "you have destroyed a friendly craft" warning and lose points.
