| | In mission 4, after a certain amount of time, your Frigates (mission critical craft) follow a flight plan which causes two of them (I don't remember which) to fly through each other, usually destroying one of them. This means that you have to finish the mission before they reach this point in their respective flight plans, and also that you can't stay to mop up all the enemy fighters - you have to end the mission before all of them are destroyed, thus limiting your score arbitrarily.
