Description:	Because Butcher members liked the competition ID #951 "Butcher Strategy Games", they asked me to make another one like that. So, this is a sequel to competition ID #951. Pilots will be mailed with new tactical situation to resolve, and they have two weeks to write a tactical battleplan. Author of the best tactic will be awarded with an ID-BR. Tricks will be awarded with bonus points.
