Description:	The SSL judges desire to use high-quality XvT battles for the SSL 2004. XvT creators will construct one or more four-mission battles (no less or more than four missions); absolutely not patches are to be used with the battles. Top battles will be judged by the SSL staff, then sent off to the TAC office. The TAC has agreed to accelerate testing and confirmation of the winning battles so they will be available in the compendium in time for the start of the SSL 2004 in January.
