Description:	For each month, the Commander will set up a special topic in the Ghost Squadron MB. The goal will be to outpost the Commander in said topic. Only posts in the topic count. At the end of the time alloted, I will count up the number of times posted and award an IS-BR to the person who comes closest to or does indeed, outspam (more posts) than me.
