Description:	All designs MUST include the following elements: Mem Squadron name and motto. RECOMMENDED elements are : Wing number (V) and mothership (SSSD Sovereign). All competition entries are first reviewed by Mem CMDR, and then the winner will be voted out. Naturally, the entry with the most votes is the winner! NOTE: Each Mem pilot has one (1) vote to use, with the exception of the CMDR who has two (2).
