After the Grey Wolf Weekly Meeting (roughly 5:00-7:00 EST), we will host a small ladder training competition. There will be five staff with different 'ranks' to be determined at the time of the comp. The participants will be able to work they way up the ladder, while improving their MP skills. The intent is to make them interested in multi-player flying. They will be able to beat the 'low ranked' staff, and become confident in their abilities, and improve their skills against the higher ranks. The two participants with the most wins at the end of the two hour comp, will win a IS-SW, and IS-BW respectively. The long term goal is to fill #ehcoc with confident, non-elite pilots.
