Description:	Every 2 weeks i give the Wing a FREE mission to complete, after the 2 weeks the highest scorer recieves a IS-SW and the 2nd highest scorer gets a IS-BW, then another Free mission is given to the wing with another deadline of 2 weeks. This lasts for a year and a league table is constructed by MAJ Yoman, the pilot at the top of the league will win a PC, also the pilot who has completed the most weeks and therefore the most missions will recieve a ISM.
