Description:	design the new Banner for Wing V with a new Mascot in it, the Eagle has been In Wing V for as long as i`ve been around, but it`s time for a change This has to be a particulat execellent piece of work that stand out from the rest and that symbols what we are in Wing V, also a smaller version is need for our uniform arms. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A RESUBMISSION OF A OLD COMP SO THE MEDALS CAN BE AWARDED DUE TO THE TO COMPS DELETION.
