Description:	The top scoring Thetan within SP on a weekly basis will earn himself an IS-BW, with the same arrangement in place for the Thetan scoring highest within MP. A monthly winner in each field will be announced using the final count for each month as shown on the TC killboards. Reports will track winners, all Thetans welcome to join in and contest their CMDR for the prizes.
