SP: you will be assigned missions for each of the 4 supported flight sims each week (TIE, XvT, BoP and XWA). For each platform there will be one mission to be flown. In my reports on Saturday I will announce the missions and the pilots have until midnight UTC/GMT of the following Friday to submit their pilot files to their CMDR's cc'ing me. Winner for each platform and week will be the one that got the closest to my score (to be announced with the missions in my report).
Winners: IS-SW for each mission each week, plus 10 pts for pilot and squadron. IS-BW and 9 pts for 2nd, 8 pts for 3rd, and so forth, every pilot gets at least 1 point.
Bonus: Each pilot that flies all missions of the week will earn himself an IS-BW for participation.
Overall: SP points will be tallied per pilot: the pilot with most points wins an IS-GW with an IS-SW/IS-BW for 2nd and 3rd. SP points will also be tallied per squadron: the Squadron with most points is declared the "COM's Escort Squadron" until the next Training Exercise, participating pilots entitled to add "Hammer COM Escort Team 2014/2015" to their ID-line.

MP: these will be on a weekly basis and all around SC MP matches, no matter the game mode or tier. Winners to be decided based on the number of assists in a victory. Only one screenshot per week is allowed, to be sent to the COM's email. If a screenshot is submitted late, it will be counted for the following week. Submit to the COO Office as usualy to earn a LoC. Each pilot needs to submit their own screenshot submission.

Commander's Bonus: The CMDR of the Squadron with highest participation (# of submissions / # of pilots) wins an IS-SW (for SP and MP) or IS-SR (for Fiction), with the 2nd highest getting a IS-BW/IS-BR.
