Description:	Epsilon is in need of a new uniform patch and squadron banner. All TC members may participate on this competition, but both a banner and an uniform patch must be submitted to be eligible for a medal. The banner must be 600 pixels wide and 200 pixels high, and in PNG format. The uniform patch must be 200 pixels wide by 200 pixels high, and also in PNG format. Only one banner and one uniform patch per participant will be accepted.
