Description: The Alpha pilot with the most multiplayer victories, or single player missions flown, or a combination of both will win each month and be name "Alpha Squadron First Pilot". All MP victories count as 1 point. Each single mission flown counts as 1 point. Battles will be counted by the number of missions they contain, with 1 point being given for each mission. At the end of each month will receive an IS-SW or IS-BW depending on overall participation. The pilot with the highest total at the end of 2014 (May 25th through December 31) earns an IS-GW or another IS-SW depending on gold requirements being met as explained below.
Monthly silver requirements:
- A minimum of 10 MP victories or SP missions flown for the winner
- A minimum of 3 participants

Yearly gold requirements:
- Monthly silver requirements being met (IS-SW being awarded) for a minimum of 5 months

If monthly silver requirements are met, another IS-BW will be awarded for 2nd place; otherwise only an IS-BW will be awarded for the winner.
If yearly gold requirements are met, additional IS-SW and IS-BW will be awarded for 2nd and 3rd places; otherwise an IS-SW will be awarded for the winner and IS-BW for 2nd place.
