Description:	The Alpha pilot with the most multiplayer/single player victories at the end of each month will receive an IS-SW or IS-BW depending on overall participation. The pilot with the highest total at the end of 2014 (May 25th through December 31) earns an IS-GW or another IS-SW depending on gold requirements being met as explained below. Monthly silver requirements: - A minimum of 10 victories for the winner - A minimum of 3 participants Yearly gold requirements: - Monthly silver requirements being met (IS-SW being awarded) for a minimum of 5 months If monthly silver requirements are not met only an IS-BW will be awarded for the winner. If yearly gold requirements are not met an IS-SW will be awarded for the winner and an IS-BW for 2nd place.
