Description:	This is for you pilots out there who might've already netted the initial IWATS for at least one platform's development. The CMDR challenges you to complete another (or even all) platform's development IWATS test, and then create a complete FREE or full battle for evaluation for each new platform. If the project is on a platform the CMDR is not able to use (XWA for now), the project will be passed directly to the TAC for evaluation for the Battle Center. IS-BRs will be awarded for each new platform mastered. MoTs are likely to be awarded for each new battle added to the Battle Center by the TAC upon TAC's determination.
