Description:	The Battle Center could use some more missions and there's pilots that could gain from this. Gamma Squadron pilots (if they have not already), have a month to complete the necessary IWATS needed to start creating and submitting battles to the Tactical Officer (TAC). Those that do so, and as proof of concept, create a complete FREE mission or a full battle (preferably in TIE or XvT) and send their finished works to their CMDR for evaluation will receive an IS-BR. Upon their CMDR's recommendation, the best will be advised to submit their work to the TAC for inclusion to the Battle Center, and may receive a Medal of Tactics at the TAC's discretion.
