There is however one small problem: The special report template for this historical occasion has disappeared, and the TAC suspects theft. Your job is to create a fiction with this subject matter. Your fiction does not necessarily have to involve retrieving of the template. Go wild! The TAC will judge all submissions, best 2 will receive a shiny.
