Description:	Good Day Emperor's Hammer! As the CA:TO I am proud to announce the first Training Office Competition, Operation New Front. The training office will be awarding three big medals for the top recruiters in the month of December. We want to start the new year off right, and to do so, expanding recruitment is a must! The top recruiters for the month of December will be awarded a Gold Star for first place, Silver Star for second place, and a Bronze Star for third place. Your recruitment does not require you to recruit solely for your Subgroup, but for any of the subgroups within the Emperor's Hammer. A new member for any Subgroup counts.
