Description:	With the battleboards operationsl and all squads more than half filled, it's time for a nice citation hunt. The rules are simple: earn citations. * if a squadron earns more than 20 new citations during march, each participating pilot earns a IS-SW * if a squadrons earns more than 40 new citations, each participating pilot earns a IS-GW The participating members of the squadron that earns most new citations earn a IS-SW, runner up squadron gets an IS-BW * the wing commander of the wing that earns the most citations will earn an IS-GR, with and IS-SR for 2nd place Final judgement will be based on the killboard citation counts on march 1 and april 1.
