Description:	The TAC is having a birthday bash at high Score City. Every mission high score achieved during this week gets you a IS-BW, every battle high score gets you a IS-SW. You can't win IS-BWs for the missions that earn you the IS-SW. If you get the battle high score and mission high scores for all missions in that battle, you'll get an IS-GW instead!
