Description:	Submission suggestion for Wing wide competition from MAJ Brin Chaser, in his own words: "The idea is to have everyone create their own helmet in TTT2, with their own colours and callsign (and maybe a description! gasp), then email them to either myself or yourselves for judging. The most striking design would be awarded an IS-SR, the second most impressive an IS-BR (or perhaps the most impressive description/reasoning behind the design).
