Description:	Vip's birthday are coming soon. The whole Sovereign is now busy planning a party and getting presents for their Wing Commander. Submit your present proposition - the two categories are The Best Present and The Most Original Present - two top scorers in each get respectively IS-SR and IS-BR. Also, you can submit a short story about the birthday party - at least one page long, 12 TNR format. As usual, IS-SR and IS-BR for two best pieces. One submissions per person per category.
