Every week the pilot with more LoCs awarded will recieve an IS-BW (at least 2 LoCs to count). At the end of the month the pilot with more LoCs (at least 8 to count, 2 for each week) will be awarded an additional IS-BW and the title "Cyclone über-1337 of the Month". And no, Cyclone CMDR WILL NOT participate although he'll be available to fly against you if you want! ;D This is to boost MP activity so go and fly, my minions!!
