Description:	Since his rise from CA:COMM, the current TO has been so busy with his new job he hasn't had a chance to go shopping for new uniforms, and his current one is rather threadbare and worn. As such, he has authorized the awarding of an IS-SR to the fleet member who submits him the nicest custom uniform by May 21st, and an IS-BR to the first alternate. Extra consideration will be given to unique and interesting submissions.
