Description:	The competition is simple: every pilot can challenge his CMDR (me) to a fly a free mission in either XWA or TIE for the best score. If the pilot defeats the CMDR, he wins an IS-BW. If a pilot has defeated the CMDR once, he cannot challenge him again. Otherwise, he may do so (if there's enough time).
