Description:	Each week the Wing X Commander will choose a pilot he believes has performed better then any other pilot on the ship that week in flying. At the end of the month, Challenge Wing Commander will look at the overall performance of every Pilot of the Week for that month, and will choose one of them to become the Pilot of the Month.
