Description:	This MP Competition is a whole "Project". It is the 1st Phase of a 2 Phase Operation to promote the EH in BSC. This Comp will start on the 1st at 2:00 pm EST and will end on the 15th at 2:00 pm EST. This means every 2 weeks. Every SW Club in the Zone and on Undernet is encouraged to fly at this Competition. Standard WoW Rules apply. However some additional Rules to the WoW rules (regarding DarkFyre in Undernet) are published soon when the Parallax War Homepage is finished. Phase 2 will start on 01/01/04. It will be sent for approval after the Details are fixed (November). This Competition is already approved by the FC, TAC and FO. The Admin of the Comp is FM/3759.
