Description:	To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the ISD Challenge, a flying competition. The ChalCOM will fly TIE-TC #200. The pilot with the best score over the week will get an IS-SW. Also, any other pilot who can beat the COM's score will earn themselves an IS-BW.
