Your OPS Officer would like a new uniform. Her current uniform still shows her as a Lieutenant. She would make her own, but seems to be too busy working with other uniforms, medals, and her office's projects. Perhaps the first argument given is not very valid, but beside the point that is. She would very much like a new uniform. She will allow everyone in the fleet to give their all at making her a new uniform. There are no restrictions on the number of submissions a person can make. Your OPS officer would like a uniform with a mood/air similar to her current uniform. To help encourage those who may be slackers, she will even provide various parts upon request. That includes, but is not limited to the base uniform, an avatar, ships, and backgrounds. This competition is more a focus on how people put together the unifom. I will hold on to all submissions and select my personal favorite at the end. I will offer my input on each uniform submitted to the creator so they can improve with their next submission if they wish to. An ISM will be awarded for the best "First-Time Attempt Effort". As before, if a submission is your first-time attempt at putting a custom uniform together, tell me that somewhere in the e-mail. If you make a "first-time" submission, and then submit another uniform after I give you feedback, I will not consider the subsequent submissions "first-time attempt(s)". The first submission will remain in the competition as a "first-time attempt". If you plan to make a "first-time attempt" submission, I suggest you e-mail me, or catch me on IRC first. That way, you can get input before beginning. That said, your OPS is getting weary of running around in pajamas.
