Description:	The Operations Officer thinks that the current banner for her office does not fit her at all. She'd like to change it out. As she always likes to make medals available for any partially good excuse, she's making it a competition so people can win medals. Once again, first time efforts at a banner will be set into a seperate catagory where one or two will be selected for an ISM. Send all entries to ops@emperorshammer.org with the subject line "your new banner". If this is your first-time attempt at a graphic, state that somewhere in the body of the message.
