Description:	ECR is over, and we could use yet some more fresh blood to keep all our squadrons as active as possible. Hence, a recruitment comp! The pilot who can recruit the most pilots (SL's from the Daed and/or vets from the Phoenix) will win an IS-SR. Runner-up will get an IS-BR.
