Description:	Every month the COM, with consultation with the WC, will select one squadron to become the Squadron of the Month. This squadron's CMDR will be awarded a IS-SR, and will select any member of his squad he considers deserving to be given an IS-BR for helping bring the squadron the award. Note: will also be awarding some backlogged medals for this comp from June and July under this comp ID per Stuart.
