Description:	Every month or so (depending on the numbers of recruited pilots and their join date) I will award the best recruiters in the ASF with Imperial Star wt Ribbon medals. These medals won't be a copy of the MoI, in fact in order to qualify for the IS the pilots you recruited must reach a minimum activity level during a period of 30 days. If the recruit pilot meets the minimum activity level (e.g. no ISM but stil lactive) you will be awarded the IS-BW. If the recruited pilot qualifies for a ISM you will be awarded the IS-SW. If the recruited pilot qualifies for a PC you will be awareded the IS-GW. Only actual activities count so you won't get any IS medal if the pilot you recruited has been on IRC 24/7 or spammed the forums. Both new members and pilots in Reserves count as recruits but remember not to send invitations to the Cadets!
