Description:	Each squadron will FLY XWA Free 117 - The commanders will then compile an Average of all the pilot scores of his or her squadron. The squadron with the highest Average will be Selected for Stage II against an Elite squadron. ( Given the Top Snake title- Unofficial ) The highest scoring pilot will receive IS-SW.
