Description:	Considering my (for some reason or another) busier than normal schedule, I have decided to delegate tasks out in this competition. The task? Well..theres a few. First and formost is a template that is both viable and unique that can be used for both WSR, and other important news. Secondly is a new squadron banner with graphics relevant to Crossbow. Third is fiction. The topic of the fiction will be the changing of command and the new spark of life granted to Crossbow granted with it. IS-BR to the first place winner in each task-event. So, get busier than me :)
