Description:	Comp is created to find best person for the Flight Leader of Flight II. It consists of Fiction sub-comp where pilots are asked to write application containing what their character did in SW universe to deserve FL position. (great deeds during great battles are appriciated, but not only). Second section is FCHG Race to show who can be set as an example to others. Person whose submissions/FCHG count is best will be asked if he wants to take FL spot, if not, another person will be asked.
