Description:	Each week I'll award the most active Prae the title of "Prae of the Week" the Prae who wins the most titles during April will win the comp and become the Prae Centurion for April and earn themself a shiny new IS-BR;p. In the event of a Tie or draw I'll have the Praetorian XO or SDIR decide on a winner based on each Prae's activity tracking record (atr).
