Description:	At the end of the month, a random number generator will be used to pick a two digit number. Any pilot who has flown a battle, and the last two digits of any of their scores are equal to that number wins an IS-BW. More flying = more scores = more chances to win. This comp allows pilots who aren't the best at getting scores or who don't have the time to fly hundreds of missions a month a chance to win something for their trouble, and will encourage flying across the wing. Limited to 1 IS-BW per pilot, and if no one has the winning number, a new one will be chosen until someone wins.
