Description:	Wing XIV pilots must get more FCHG points than their Commodore in order to earn a IS-BW. The pilot who will gain the most FCHG points will be awarded a IS-SW, in case I'm the one to fly most missions I will get the IS-SW (this is to ensure that I won't be a slacker on purpouse to give away IS-BWs :P)
